Cats update! • Mouse is completely integrated into the household and is beeping and squeaking away! • Chi-Chi needs a little help getting used to the household... so we're going to be stopping her from going under the bed. While she was down here using the litter box, the three of us went up and stuffed blankets and bundles of stuffed toys under the bed so she can't get in there. It's not the prettiest setup, but hopefully that stops her from hiding under there. I feel bad, but she's not doing herself any favours!

Cat update! #CasNewCats
• Not much more to report on Mouse. He's staying out from under the bed for the most part, but he does come upstairs when I check on Chi-Chi (and sometimes interposes himself between her and I -- I think he's trying to protect her). Tiggy has pretty much shown him the ropes and they're playing together a lot! • Chi-Chi's still the same. We were all gone most of the day yesterday, and after checking the camera, we notice she was roaming the house during the day. Even the lure of interacting with other cats isn't helping her come out when we're around. 🙁 We just need to be very slow and patient!

Cat update! #CasNewCats
- Mouse - • He's playing with his brother pretty often now, but he still prefers sleeping under the bed during the day! • Soot's still hissing at him. It's going to take a lot of time with her. • He snuggled with me most of the night last night! - Chi-Chi - • She's coming out early and earlier! Her favourite downstairs spot is the couch. • Only Soot is really hissing at her now and she doesn't give a hoot about her. (She just keeps eating) • Only issue with her taking the couch is that we can't nap on it in the evenings, but it's a worthy sacrifice! • We have a feeling she explores the house at night (we got a new camera so we'll be able to confirm soon) and goes back to hide under the bed before we wake up. Silly Chi-Chi.
