I gotta be honest, I don’t love the "ripped from the headlines" cases to begin with, but tonight's #svu just felt wayyyyy to soon to rip that one. Considering the time it takes to pitch, write, prep and film each ep... at what point after this story broke did the writers think "ah, entertainment!" 😟
