I mean yeah it’s part of what I do. But more so I am neurodivergent myself.

It’s not meant to be a scientific term. It was coined as a term used for inclusion, identification, and understanding. It’s more like “LGBTQIA+” an umbrella term for a variety of experiences, it isn’t a single definition.

It’s an umbrella term for a wide array of things that make our brain work different. So if you don’t believe in it you also don’t believe is ADHD, autism, PTSD, anxiety, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and so so much more?

Not really. Lots of folks are fine with being bored. Under stimulation can be really disregulating to certain types of neurodivergents
