I'm sorry I couldn't affect things more. It seems hopeless at times because the right thing is so obvious yet everyone everywhere with power makes the wrong choices, but nonetheless we just have to keep doing the right thing and pushing others.

I help refugees. Have housed some (they are family) and give assistance to them when I can and am one of their many resources.

I call my congress representative and senators often to persuade them to action. I volunteered for campaigns and used my small bit of influence to make Ukraine a priority.

I'll never know how you feel, but if anything I want to give you hope that someone out there (and there are many of us) is doing the right thing.
