this article, by plainly stating the facts, throws so much shade! a good reminder that we don't need to be hit over the head with the ridiculousness of the moment, we can draw our own conclusions.

When NPR first posted the audio and video of the interview wasn't available, so I'm not sure how anyone would know if Inskeep was sufficiently critical or not. I just watched the first 25 minutes of the 43 minute video and she's just... boring?

I know, and thankfully some folks are paying attention. I just don't appreciate those that threaten to stop donating because NPR is doing what they've always done -- report on current trends and popular figures across the entire spectrum of our country.

Sure, but they ignored Fuentes and now he's more popular than ever. NPR isn't giving these people a platform, they're giving a glimpse into how the right operates and how they capture the attention of people that don't watch or listen to legacy media.

Never heard of her, so I'm glad you interviewed her.
If she doesn't criticize Fuentes that's because she agrees with him on some level and is using his "right to speak" as a signal to her young audience that being a bigot in todays America is completely acceptable for conservatives.
