Switching to Lumos after 16 years of Spectrum enslavement. Took 1.5 hours to install the fiber. Called Spectrum to cancel, had to talk to 2 people after the first flatly refused to cancel it. Had to threaten them with legal action in the second call. That took 1.5 hours. I hate Spectrum.
