Still Hevy, it does everything I need. Putting a workout together and letting me track my progress against it. Strong did the same, but it all became a lot more fiddly to use an Apple Watch for heart rate tracking in a recent update.

Keep finding old videos of Ava that I love. This was in the Highlands a couple of years ago. There’s a creepy woodland that my dog loves because there are lots of sticks to drag home.

I have come to the conclusion the EHRC guidance on single sex spaces should not even come to Parliament. It is misleading and has caused distress for my trans constituents.

I urge @bphillipsonMP to reject it on grounds of practicality and human rights.

I thought I’d got rid then a few weeks ago it was daily SMS which have stopped but now it’s daily emails. I haven’t bought anything from them since 2020 when I wised up to how crap their quality was 😩
