That's what counseling is for, right? But also I check in w the rabbis 😉 in my life I respect that are good at restitution to check I am on the right track.

I have ptsd that makes me overly empathic with those who suffer, so I occasionally struggle w feeling guilty for enforcement of boundaries when that causes pain to those I need to impose them on.

Cut off son and DIL (2 grands 😞 ) 1 year ago for falling into religious qanon based cult and then viewing me as a demon who killed their male parent.

The mother who said she was praying G-d would kill me b4 surgery 30 ys ago, and she never apologized and is now deceased.

Ultimately these are probably Boundaries issues and not a cause for repentance as the ones who feel "wronged" demand.
