VICTORY! The Dane County Court has issued a ruling that they are moving forward to appoint an attorney to prosecute Ridglan Farms, a factory farm that breeds beagles for experimentation. This comes after months of litigation asking the Court to appoint a special prosector to prosecute Ridglan.
