First #AFLW fixturing rant from me this year - with Melbourne AFLM playing 415 at the MCG and AFLW playing 735 at Whitten Oval, it's literally impossible to get from one to the other by public transport unless you miss the start or end of one of the games

What are your go-to sources for learning about 'technical' aspects of yarn 🧶? Stuff like the difference between worsted and woollen spun yarn, best ways to weave in ends, speed hacks, etc
I can google these specific q's, but I want places where I can learn stuff that I didn't even think to look up!

There's something especially satisfying when a pattern and yarn turn out to suit each other perfectly. Simple pattern, budget-friendly wool, but the end result greater than the sum of its parts

Finished tidying up the loose ends on my nephew's first knitted 🧶 Xmas stocking. It was mostly done for Xmas Eve, thanks to some last minute grafting in the car, but needed to finish up some of the duplicate stitch. Pattern adapted from Holiday Doodle Stocking, yarn from Morris & Sons in Melbourne
