Ngl folks i am struggling

My job is giving me too many hours to do anything irl and I've been dealing with too much chronic pain to be able to tackle my art job queue at a good speed. Also just ended a 4 year relationship which was on great terms but it'a still a HUGE readjustnent.Tired as fuck man
