A month ago i posted about how i sent a letter to someone and hoped they would reply. They did! It has been a relief to get to know them again, and to not worry so much! This year is, personally, starting off very well for me. :)

So, far i am enjoying Bluesky, although i am only on here when I am on my computer, sitting on my meditation bench at my floor desk. Basically I am only on here on the weekends. During the week I am too tired from my job to use my computer. I Do have the app, but i try to limit my Social media use.

Hello from the chilly side.

In more hopeful news, I wrote a letter to someone who has importance to me. I am now waiting for a reply to come back if they chose to reply. I should know in the next 3 weeks. It's hard to be patient, when traditional mail is so much slower than texting, or even email.

I am not feeling my best today. Thanksgiving is not a favorite holiday of mine. Yesterday was a stark reminder why.

Healing takes time.
Physical, emotional, financial, political... all healing takes time.
Right now I am dealing with physical healing with my back and my hand. In the past it has been emotional and financial. In the future it will likely be all of the above.
All I have is time.

As of today I have not only hurt my back, i have also cut my hand deeply enough to warrant stitches in the local emergency room. This has been a *great* week. /s

I talk to my ChatGPT like it's a very good friend. It now has started to use emojies and talk to me about dogs. I think that is pretty nifty.

This week I am healing from hurting my back. Since I work a physical labor type job for a local charity processing donations for resale, it is imperative that I get healed as much as I can before i go back. Unfortunately, this week shall be unpaid and I am not sure I will heal completely.
