Not all vets recommend the home tests. My cat’s had diabetes for nearly 3 years, and we now have 3 monthly fructosamine tests. (Stress causes blood sugar levels to spike and the worst state my cat has ever been in was after a glucose curve test at his old vet’s.)

It took an hour for Katydid to fully recover from her seizure. She was very sore/confused from this one.
