YAAYYY gijinkas are so fun …. mostly because theres like no rules u can do whatever u wish. and also cuz u can choose sooo many things to give to the character to portray them …. shape language especially fun when doing object ones

i think prioritizing whatever u want to draw is the way to go. if that includes adding background stuff then yayy !! i understand wanting to make things more presentable too but nobodys stopping you from posting things as they are and then posting a touched up version later too

-so i think that definitely contributed to finding any kinda audience. people check tags of what shows they like more often than general art tags sadly. but i still dont think that should be any discouragement from posting. i see regulars commenting under ur drawings, u have ppl who love ur stuff

i dont feel im much input cuz i stopped posting art on twt after a while, but i did feel that growing organically on here did happen to me. i can only name like maybe 3 people ik who followed over from twt and that wasnt even cuz of following me its just friends. then again i post more fandom stuff-
