This absolutely did happen this frequently, and I say this as someone who can't stand Trump/Musk for the life of me. Look through this channel's videos, they've got over 2000 videos like this and of other aircraft malfunctions, and they're most certainly not all from the past month.

In this case it's not on the FAA -- the business jet was told to hold short of the runway and went out on it anyways.
