Around noon today I took a walk to an estate sale in my neighborhood. It was about 15 minutes each way. Since then I have been absolutely exhausted. I went to bed at 6:30, I haven't slept at all in 4.5 hours. Insomnia + ME/CFS is just.... ugh.

Richie sleeps on my bed on a heating pad at night. The only good thing about my insomnia is that when she's sleeping I can pull her under the covers for some snuggle time. She'll sit and purr for a few minutes until she's ready to leave. A year ago she wouldn't let me come near her. Pretty kitty. ♥️

8 weeks ago I had surgery on my right shoulder to repair a torn rotator cuff, remove some bone spurs, and some other stuff. Wednesday I had trigger finger release surgery on my right ring finger. It's on the same side so I might as well do it all at the same time! Plus I got purple vet wrap!
