It is. I used to listen to the entire score over and over and over again as a teenager while reading comics (mostly Superman and Batman). Perfect music to accompany the visuals!

Oh how true. One of my favorites! I grew up loving Christopher Reeve’s Superman :) and of course, the score by John Williams is incomparable! I actually love the music during Jonathan Kent’s funeral and the Fortress of Solitude more than the signature Superman fanfare.
