maybe there’s non-medical issue like a another cat in the garden/neighbourhood that she has a problem with? Is she put in a room she doesn’t like when you go out? They usually don’t pee outside the litter box just to annoy you.

I’ve had lillies and tulips in the house - and garden - year after year and never experienced any problems with my two boys who both passed at 19. I must say I didn’t know about these flowers being poisonous. Perhaps we were all lucky.
