I found a tip about the fishing mini game to try to keep the fish in the upper third of the bobber area. Now I can actually fish in that game, and kind of enjoy it.

The "rights" of the legislature to make policy? I was under the impression that the legislatures job was to make policy, not that it was some kind of right. Maybe they should consider actually making policy that respects the needs of the people instead of the monied interests?
