Suggest logging a formal complaint. They are more motivated to sort things out when there’s a chance it might end up going to AFCA. But you have to start with your bank before reporting to AFCA.

According to my local Facebook group (eastern burbs) it is a constant, pervasive threat that is keeping us all living in terror in our homes. Me - walks dog around the streets at 11pm and have never seen anything remotely concerning.

I don’t think it should be the only solution but it is one option that might suit some people. Tiny house on a decent block of land might give some people all the space they need. We’ve looked at them, I’d be happy once the kids are flying solo.

Had lots of happy big and little children come trick or treating. I know not everyone likes Halloween but I love seeing the kids excited faces when they see our decorations and the lollies.

My son built a network of other kids with vision impairment online, all across Australia. That community saved him when he was experiencing bullying and exclusion at school. I worry for the kids coming through who never get the chance to make these connections.
