As a grant professional at a nonprofit, I am currently hyperventilating.
I think some people hear “grants” and think that without them, scientists and government workers just have less stuff to play with at work. But grants fund salaries for students, academics, researchers, and people who work in all areas of public service.
“Pausing” grants means people don’t eat.

I watched #interstellar for the first time last night, and I cannot stop thinking about it. Kicking myself for waiting 10 years to watch it but also don’t think I would’ve appreciated it as much back then. Wondering what other movies I’ve been missing out on
