really going to last more than a season or two then yes, Joann’s fabrics are fine. If it’s for a quilt or a special project then quilt shop fabric all the way.

It’s generally because the griege (or base fabric) that the Joann’s fabrics are printed on are much cheaper.. think 200 thread count sheets versus 800 or 1000 thread count sheets. Depending on what I’m using it for, if it’s for kids clothes or something that’s not
