I’m curious - what helped? I’ve had chronic migraines for my entire adult life. After my mom got diagnosed with celiac’s, out of sheer curiosity, I stopped eating gluten and have had maybe one migraine since November of 2024. Prior to that? 2-3 each month.

Ok THIS. And if you have more than one migraine each month each with symptoms lasting days/weeks, that’s basically a whole month of migraine. 😫
