I am so tired of coughing up giant balls of goo. It hurts. it's so gross, and I think my ribcage is going to rebel. I can't take any decongestants with my meds and health conditions, so I am stuck with expectorants. Yes it helps thin the goo out, but I am still coughing it up.

Well I now have a tachycardia to add to my list of symptoms. It's normal with POTS to have this happen, I was just hoping to avoid it.

Feeling so rough tonight. My fibro and RA are flaring and making all the coughing miserable. I'm so exhausted. Everything hurts. I hate this stupid flu.

Woke up feeling a lot worse today and idk why. Maybe I have bronchitis? My cough is brutal and my lungs burrrrrrrrrrn.
I also am dealing with my eye infection, and angular chellitis (sores on the corners of my mouth), on top of all of this. A tad overwhelming.

I coughed up a big hunk of goo that was PURPLE?? Freaked me out until I realized I just finished a purple pedialyte freezie... lol
