Then I would be more inclined to believe that it's an issue with the connection to your local network. Did a quick google search and it seems like turning off ipv6 or changing the MTU (maximum transmission unit) from 1400 bytes to 1500 bytes has solved similar issues for some people.

Have you had this issue before or are you currently having issues on other devices? If not, it's definitely the North American servers (probably high load). Seems to not be world-wide though (I live in Europe and could download it in ~20 minutes).

Thank you and also thank you for asking! Unfortunately though, I don't take commissions because I've realized from prior experience that it's just not for me.
