This is my second run. It was discovered around a month ago I think, and then it was restored after dealing with Libro directly, and now this again. I'd like to see some faith restored that I don't have to watch the site every day to make sure it doesn't come back down

That's the same response I got, which honestly didn't make me feel any better about how capable they are 🤷‍♀️ My books are still down 12 hours later but I'm trying to be patient
