Could use Remmina? it handles RDP, VNC, SSH, SPICE etc. Teams is just an electron app, there is a git repo for it: teams-for-linux. They have .deb/.rpm/.AppImage in their releases or the tar.gz if you wanna build from source. Just comes down to what vpn you use for work 😊

also the bad fps is potentially due to x11 cannot handle variable framerates at all, might not be your issue but if your monitors don't all have same refresh it might well be? It's why i switched to wayland and I've had 0 issues and I'm running nvidia 😵‍💫

I dealt by switching to hyprland! in the hyprland.conf
you just amend the number at the end for scaling
monitor=DP-2,2560x1440@144,0x0,1.2
monitor=DP-3,1920x1080@60,2560x0,1
monitor=HDMI-A-2,1920x1080@60,0x1440,1
for example.
