As to Republicans loathing Dems, I've watched thru the years as Republican branding of Dems became increasingly more vicious, with no concerted push back. Am not blaming Dems, just saying Dem party needs to learn to push back hard and fast and relentlessly in the future.

I couldn't agree more. Think it's time to ask Dems to donate again to Texas Democrat Party and give that site again? How's their fundraising going?
