how about we go full socdem and split off a few industries/markets for special government control and management - aka some form of socialism - and give it a shot.
- healthcare (body, eyes, teeth, etc.)
- rental market
- power & water
- food

i think depends on the sweetness & level of vinegar in the bbq i am enjoying... sweeter bbq means a more "bitter" side, like a cole slaw, is better. bbq side pairing should be a thing, as bbq sauces are kinda regional.
