I am an insatiable bookworm. I wonder where the next story will transport me. I hear rising music under impassioned words. I see different lands and worlds through the pages. I want a satisfying end to a story, even if it’s not puppies and rainbows. I am an insatiable bookworm. I pretend I will go to bed after one more chapter. I feel good when I discover a new author. I touch the cover of a favorite book and smile. I worry reading time must be sacrificed for adult responsibilities. I cry when characters cry, both in sorrow and for joy. I am an insatiable bookworm. I understand power comes from storytelling. I say every person has the right to literacy. I dream of a perfect book nook and time to use it. I try to read whenever I can. I hope I never stop trying.
