That 'clock' means that if I do what Patreon
wants and I make a new account in two months, I will be forced into accepting their current platform fees of 10% instead of keeping my Legacy-Account 5% fee

As I already have an open email conversation going with PatreonSupport, I will be waiting for a reply and hopefully will not continue to be ignored. Patreon will totally purge my account after two months, so the clock is ticking.

- My members list for my creator page is now gone, giving me no way to contact people that I gathered to this page with my art- not Patreon.

- My TAX PAPERS and PAYOUTS are now all gone, and they ignored me as the 16th passed and first quarter officially ends.

- My 8+yr old account is in good standing, and showed consistent growth and activity.

- My PERSONAL account is ALSO now banned, meaning I have no way to access pages I am a patron to, but I still am getting emails, so I'm assuming I'm still paying for things I can't see.

It has been an additional week now, and I have still not gotten a response as to WHY my appeal was denied, and why three posts are enough to delete my account that is otherwise NOT breaking ToS. Even if they decide those three posts are breaking rules, is that at all fair?

I would have happily deleted them to avoid trouble, but to me, it seems these comics AND my appeal were never actually read by anyone. Why delete my personal and professional pages over three posts that one of these accounts has nothing to do with?

5 Full days pass.
Instead of telling me what they thought about all that, they said 'Winter already decided, so we denied your appeal.' So... I don't get to know why. Even if they WERE correct, which I do not agree with, why delete everything over THREE POSTS?

These 3 measly posts, however, were enough for 'Winter' to delete everything overnight without any warning. The posts were apparently 'glorifying noncon', which is incorrect. So I wrote out a long, detailed appeal as to why I thought this was a bad-faith claim against me

On Jan 6th, I was emailed about my account 'breaking ToS' because of three posts in particular. Not my entire account. Just these three posts.
I have never had any issues with ToS- I have never broken any rules or been contacted about anything of the sort.
