Had a really late start today. It was raining and cold. Got out, and got soaked the first 3 miles, and then ran 12 miles in the cold wind. Not an easy day to run!

This has been a busy week which has continued through today. Have a little niggle in the hamstring so backed off today and probably will for the next week. But still a good week and day of running. And yes it was a day for shorts!

Up and running a nice 16 on Saturday... Yeah... Every Saturday I run 🥰 (and until I get my smart bike, every day). Beautiful morning for a run! In the thread I have a few different photos and videos, enjoy!

This has been a cut week, but Saturdays are for halves and more (even with a niggle in the calf) until the worst of winter 😭 some stunning pictures today, see the second reply also

With my indoor trainer in the shop, I have been running everyday... This is my most miles for one week in a LONG time... Maybe I will start to rethink doing another marathon or even an ultra
