ik how draining it is

i like to see my thoughts as pop-up tabs. so when those kinda thoughts pop up, i can just say "yeah i don't wanna think about that. it's not helpful" and close them (ignore them). thoughts aren't something that should be out of our control. it does take practice!! just trying to help

they created a bond to a character that had less than 10 minutes of screen time and made the end become so beautiful and tragic, i was so sad for a character that i barely knew, but i understood so deeply their role and their pain... simply amazing
