How did you get your dogs trust? Our dog has been with us 18 months. He was abused from 6 weeks up until his 1st bday, then he was dumped at a shelter. Adopted and returned many times, we were his last chance. He's improving but still attacks if we try basic care such as grooming or drying him off

Exactly. I needed help from a word finder, that's the only reason I got it in 4 tries. I never would have gotten it on my own.

The people I know that support him all kept saying they voted for him because 'at least he won't get us involved in a war. He believes everyone should take care of their own country and fight their own battles.'🙄

Our dog was trembling so much we were afraid he would have a heart attack. He's a rescue dog(abused his first yr of life) that is still afraid of being touched so we couldn't hug him to let him know it's our job to love and protect him.
