No other European country came close to spending the £14billion we spent on PPE.

£10billion of PPE has been written off.

Over 1million pallets of unused PPE have now been incinerated!

The pandemic exposed deep inequalities that devastated young disabled people.

Yesterday, the Covid Inquiry heard evidence that disabled people aged 18 to 34 were 30 times more likely to die of Covid than their peers.

These inequalities must be tackled before the next crisis.

No one involved in the PPE scandal, which cost lives, should have any role in public life.

Baroness Mone must not be allowed to influence the laws we live under.

Her title should be revoked immediately. She must be removed from the House of Lords.

The VIP lane resulted in £3.8 billion being spent on inadequate PPE and led to preventable deaths.

We demand justice for those who died because of it.

The introduction of the Hillsborough Bill to parliament is a huge step forward.

But until that Bill becomes Law It will not be a promised delivered.

Their will be those in the Commons and Lords who want to water down the Bill.

The fight isn't over, yet.

Hundreds of children went missing during the pandemic.

Many of them have never been accounted for.

On behalf of Coram, Dr Carol Homden told the inquiry that we have "not even begun to understand what has happened to those children."

This morning, the Covid Inquiry began hearings on the impact of the pandemic on young people.

Our thousands of members include parents who lost children and children who lost parents.

But the Inquiry has chosen to silence those voices by denying us core participant status.
