Is 3.9 quansah worth a punt ?

For 3.9 is Quansah worth a FT. He def frees up money to go after Isak

1 game FT for Quansah 3.9 this week ( Man utd at home ) gives me money to upgrade to Isak plus he could be starting more than one game. What ya think :-)
