Does anyone know when birth times started to appear on US birth certificates? Both my parents have their exact time of birth on theirs from the early 1940s. I'm also wondering if there are regional variations.

I just read through SB 1 (the higher education destruction act) in Ohio and not only does it weaken unions, and destroy DEI, but it requires all faculty to post their syllabi publicly with their contact info. It's setting up faculty to be bullied and harassed. 1/2
