Made a seafood risotto last night with my own homemade seafood broth using the shrimp shells.

I love risotto, and most recipes aren’t that complex. Just no getting around the fact you have to stand over it for half an hour. 🍽️

I’m exploring games that use mechanics I don’t typically like, but actually do them very well.

For instance, player elimination. Some games get around it by keeping the elimination short, like Skull or Coup. Or not complete elimination like Blood on the Clocktower.

What are some others?
