I just saw a notice on Facebook that all Americans should leave Venezuela now because colectivos are setting up road blocks to search for them and kill them.

I got on and she hurried to close the door and head to departures. She was hustling to get a many trips as possible. As I got off, I tipped her $20 and wished her a happy new year. She was very sincere in her gratitude.

This morning at RDU, I was waiting at Avis for the shuttle. It was there within a few minutes, and the driver, a female, got out and unloaded baggage for 5 adults. NOT ONE TIPPED HER!! WTF???
