Interesting. Not the way I learned or read. I learn the look of letter groups instead of sounding them out. I did learn phonics but it only applies maybe 60% of the time in English. New words I figure from context (sometimes wrongly) and I mentally diagram difficult passages to work out meaning.

I did and it was and somehow each of the three of us received presents we hadn't felt worthy to buy for ourselves. (We do Christmas Eve because the ex got Christmas Day.)
