Our chapter plus the Tacoma Mountaineers are hosting a clean energy celebration, Sun Day, like many others groups across the nation this Sunday the 21st from 12-4! Come to the Mountaineers (Net Zero) building at 2302 N. 30th St. and create your own Sun Day logo like this one!

The Senate Reconciliation Bill would gut clean energy tax credits. The vast majority of Americans want to see more, not less, clean energy! Let's hope more of our legislators will come to that realization soon. There's a flood of calls and emails going out to Senators on this--add your voice!

At last! We have a Recycling Reform Bill, passed by lawmakers and just yesterday signed by the Governor. It has taken years of pushing, but at last WA state will have recycling measures that are effective, widespread, and start with the manufacturers and packagers. Good work, advocates!
