A couple of passage pictures.
@FSonder What a narrow life experience! There are a lot of great stories (even just north of Bordeaux, where I lived for a couple of years) that have begun on a hot summer's day with these. exact. words. Sometimes with the additional adjective 'chilled' in front of 'white'.
