Paraphrasing, but 'ensuring no region or industry bears more of the burden than another' sounds like the 10% carveout for oil exports isn't going to fly long-term.

Hoping that Canada will work with Denmark (and through them, the govt. of Greenland) to guard shared #Arctic interests and cultural ties in the face of threats from Mar-a-Lago.
Easier said than done, though, given an outgoing PM and conservative Premiers either breaking ranks or calling elections.
