It’s my first time celebrating Transit Month as a Bay Area resident!

For our first adventure of #TransitMonth2025, we hiked the Dipsea Trail from Mill Valley to Stinson Beach and then took Marin Transit Bus 61 back. It was a jam-packed bus of spirited beachgoers returning from a beautiful day!

My favorite part of #TranspoBingo is my annual photo collage(s)! Some highlights…

1) Metro dates (trying to do a date near every stop starting with Green & Red lines!) at Suitland, Greenbelt, College Park & Branch Ave
2) Two WABA rides
3) Active transpo on trips to Cleveland, Utah, Pasadena & NYC

4) And my “big, bold policy push” will take place tomorrow with @nlihc.bsky.social at the “Hands off Housing rally” (conveniently right outside the L’enfant Plaza station)! Join us to show widespread community support for vital housing & homelessness programs!

2) Learned more about the past and reflected on the future with a Logan Circle Heritage Trail walking tour! I pass by these signs all the time but have never stopped to read them thoroughly until now!

Highlights of #TranspoBingo so far:

1) Explored a new-to-me neighborhood on a metro ride to Southern Ave, including a stop at one of DC’s original boundary stones!
