And when everyone with any scrap of principle is gone, then what?

Did the respondents understand that face criminal charges is not the same as be convicted of? Even if they see self defense, are they that sure that he should be shielded from prosecution and trial? Any prosecution can fail; the agent's conviction can never be assured no matter how obvious it seems.

Fine, Mike. Keep going and fail to justify the agent's actions after the shot too please. The correct procedure isn't to walk away from the "dangerous criminal" you just shot. It isn't to prevent aid from being rendered.

"It could never happen to me." Repeat as many times as necessary, constantly if need be. That's the mindset even if you get some acceptance.
January 12, 2026 at 4:59 PM
The bells can't be unrung. No prosecution will change what this family and others are going through.

It should be a crime to post only part of a graph.

Nukes.

There's plenty to criticize more substantive than her outfits.

The criminal prosecutions and civil suits will take time, but they should already be in motion. The killer won't be able to put this behind him for years. I take some solace from that.

Off the charts doesn't do it justice. They lied about things we can see with our own eyes, which should be insulting to everyone, and yet isn't.
January 8, 2026 at 5:31 PM
That would be the pragmatic choice. What else would they do? Military intervention is laughable; economic sanctions would be our Allies shooting themselves in the foot, not to mention politically unpopular. Good money that there would be acceptance from my viewpoint.

Don't believe your lying eyes and ears, says the admin.
January 8, 2026 at 3:55 PM
Why stop there? Congress and the Supreme Court all need to go too. Baby, bathwater, I don't care. Maybe I'll spare one or two if I can calm down.
January 8, 2026 at 3:35 PM
Who decided the price of noncompliance is death and when?
January 8, 2026 at 3:30 PM
Denying medics and refusing to render aid is a terrible fact to overcome. That's all on video, too. Ouch for whomever has to defend the killer.
January 8, 2026 at 3:18 PM
We'll see what the jury says when the shooter is charged, right? Right? At least tell me the era of not charging murders is over, please.
January 7, 2026 at 7:33 PM
And they simultaneously maintain that they are the toughest of the tough for the rough job they willingly signed up to do. It's annoying. You're either strong and cool under pressure or you're a fearful wimp, you can't have both.
January 7, 2026 at 6:54 PM
They're going to argue she tried to run over the shooter who had jumped in front of her car. He feared for his life, you see, you had to get home to his family, he didn't want to do it, etc. And the victim blaming machine should already be churning out bullshit by now.
January 7, 2026 at 6:48 PM
Great idea you just made me have. What about congestion pricing for healthcare! I'd say sorry to breathe such a thing into existence, but I know it's already being schemed.

Competency was not a qualifying factor for this admin. Loyalty and sycophancy are all that mattered.

What was having journalism like?

Best to compartmentalize that which Trump says apart from those things that are true until further analysis.

Independent review is important, but it doesn't have to be the ABA that does it. The ABA is just another organization among others. I get annoyed when it tries to speak for the entire bar, which it cannot do. And yet, it's fine for now, if only because the alternative would surely be worse.
