Heavy pallet knife brings texture and movement to this sunset scene that almost leans towards abstraction.
A bit different from my usual style, but I like pushing myself into new styles while I continue to paint my traditional work. What do you think?

Sharing a painting I just finished. Inspired from a recent trip to Ireland, this painting focuses on just the reflections in a fountain with some beautiful lilies. #Artyear #oilpainting

Water lilies float in a fountain while the fountain above casts shadows and water droplets creating a playful atmosphere where the lilies rest. Done in shades of reds, chartreuse green, against a dark indigo blue. Highlights of light blue, yellow and pinks add dramatic contrast.

The officials should be ashamed of themselves for the terrible calls they made. Outright disgraceful favoritism towards Oklahoma. Shameful. Did Auburn play the best, no… but just as good if not better than OKLAHOMA.
