My weekday AM bike commute to downtown St. Paul, MN, Jackson to 10th street bike path.
This is the type of bike path obstruction I can live with.
This is not the dog's first offense, but a solid number two.

I had the right-of-way, bike lit up like a landing strip, cross signal in my favor. This $#@^* in the red suv left turned across the bike path. Was more important than the law, or another's life. Northbound Jackson & 12th, St. Paul in the PM.
