I *so* wish that the Visible Health arm band monitor was available in Canada! I use my Garmin to help me monitor my heart rate and HRV daily, but that cannot substitute for the data integration and feedback you have, especially in real time. Fabulous though, to follow your progress! Gives me hope. 🤩

Hang in there. I hope tmr is easier for you! I appreciate your willingness to share your experiences. Long COVID, pacing, and PEM/avoidance can be so challenging - and frustrating. ♥️
