Before I changed careers, I was an RN in a US hospital. Lots of my patients (who grew up during the pre-vaccine era) had lingering medical issues caused by their childhood illnesses.

I'm baking sourdough bread for tomorrow's customers. A few minutes ago, a lucky egg customer bought a small cheese & everything seasoning fresh out of the oven. Doesn't get much fresher. 😉

Thank goodness for the Instapot 😉 I cooked a Cedarstone chicken quarter with BBQ sauce, maple syrup and water. Made a white gravy for the rice and broccoli. An easy meal after being outside most of the day.
