Woke up at 3:45 a.m. Ate breakfast. Drove 45 minutes to the Pisgah Half Mare-athon. Started race at 6:45 a.m. ran 13.1 miles (and beat my best time). Drank a beer at 9:30 a.m. (at the race) (never turn down free beer). Soaked in bath. Nap scheduled at 1 p.m.
